Ive had this footage for a while of when i visited Monty at the studio for a weekend in 2010.  He broke me into using mocap and Poser.  Showed me the workflow.  Its just very chill and candid.  He was such a cool person and pushed Poser to the limits with animation work.  Excuse me nervous insecure self getting in the way here.   It was such a crazy experience though.  I will never forget.
