For the past few days I have been trying to log into Poser online to update my Purchases in the library in Poser 12 and 13. But when I try to login I keep getting the message "Attempting to login with new credentials" then after a while of nothing happening, I get the message "Unable to log in with username/password". In an abundance of caution I went back and assured that I was using the proper username and password then tried again, but I continue to get this same message loop, even after rebooting the system. Any suggestions?

The two stores have different credentials. Double check you're on the correct store.

I'm having the same problem with Poser 11 and 12. Poser 13 works. Same credentials for all 3

I am trying to log into Renderosity from the purchase tab, I don't have any purchases at Poser Software.
