Could someone create a charcuterie board with various cheeses, breads, and fruit.

These are interesting, but none are charcuterie boards. Please look at Amazon and see what a charcuterie board is.

If you have something specific in mind, you can easily mix and match the props--the first product states that it has over 100--on any sort of board you wish.
