Didn't know the M3 Mac was out yet.  Anyway, I ran Daz on an M2 Mac Ultra and had no issues.  Just remember there will features that won't be able to use because it's Iray.  If you're interested in 3delight, no issues whatsoever.  Also, Denoising will not work as it's tied into Iray as well.  You won't be able to use the Iray viewport renderer and I think I even had issues with the Daz Fog.  So just know there are limitations.

Oh, and it really doesn't matter what M version you have.  Daz and Poser both do NOT run natively on Mac but use Rosetta and it will NEVER be as good.  It will still be slower than most Windows machines because of it.  I looooove Macs ecosystem, however I sold my Mac and went back to Winblows due to the limitations with 3d software renderers etc.    Good luck!

I have an M1 Max MacBook Pro running Sonoma. Both Poser 13 and Daz 4.22 work fine.

The Mac version of Poser 13 was released in August 2023 and supports SuperFly rendering with the Metal API. Just select the GPU option in the Render Settings dialog box. If you have an M3 you won't be disappointed with the render speed. More info about the Mac update for Poser 13 here:

I have Daz installed but rarely use it. However the NVIDIA Iray viewport option works fine for me.

Let me know if you have any other Mac questions. Happy to help if I can.
