I bought master beard resource, downloaded and "installed" it, but I cannot find a single way to access and use it. what should I do?

This is a resource file that needs to be used in Photoshop or a similar 3rd party 2D Program. By using the enclosed templates, you can create new textures containing the beard.

0 fuggedaboudit! I just looked up textures and geometries in the user manual and realize my wishes have outrun my capabilities! is there any product that will give my character a beard without demanding that I learn to use Photoshop or some other occult program???

This experience has convinced me I should never buy a resource for making salable products it’s beyond what I’m working to do!
