I bought this product and went to install it the other day but I get errors when I try to extract the files. I tried the window zip app, and then 7-zip. File 3 doesn't unzip at all. Not sure what is suppose to be in file 2, but all that I got was the document file. File 1 seems to be OK.

I just downloaded it again but same thing.
