I have an actor and I've renamed her so I'm not sure whether she's LF or LF2?
is there a way to find out?

If you look at the parameter pallet for the body of each, Lf1 has 1 hide/show dial for control handles while Lf2 has 3.
Lf1 has a T pose (arms straight out) while LF2 has an A pose (arms angled down like the sides of an A). If she's already posed, you can go to figure>zero rotations and put her back to starting pose briefly, and then hit undo to restore the pose.

thanks, I knew there is a simple way, zero figure, but it just wouldn't come to my thought!

Click on the menu on top that says Figure--> scroll down and click Zero Figure. Make sure you have the right figure selected!

Here's an easy way to find out which figure you're using in a scene using the listFigure script. I'm pretty sure this script ships with Poser 13, but there is a chance it's an add-on. If so, I apologize. It's been so long since I've modified my scripts that I just cannot recall what's native and what I've paid for.
