Hello, I'm using queue to export slices or fragments of frames from Poser. The recurring problem I've experienced is that some OBJs become deformed, broken or disfigured after rendering. In the previewer everything works fine, the error appears after passing the frames through Firefly. Maybe you can give me some advice to avoid this problem? Thanks.

Greetings.

Can you post a sample? It's probably related to the smoothing, but it's hard to tell by your description.

One thing you can check easily.

If you open the Render Settings dialog (Render > Render Settings), and click the Firefly tab in the dialog, what happens if you uncheck Use Displacement Maps?

Displacement is the only thing I can think of off the top of my head that might be different. If you turn the displacement OFF in Render Settings it won't use them during Render. Then if your content looks OK after rendering with displacement OFF, there is something set too high in your materials, is pretty much all I can think of offhand.

If displacement doesn't do anything, a screen cap of your FireFly Render settings might help, along with posting a comparison of one of the "bad" frames both in Preview and Render.

It could be bad displacement settings or incorrect gamma values on grayscale maps.

Hello, I appreciated the suggestions you have made to me. In this case, I was using a quadruped and I realized that the body parts were divided incorrectly, which is why the rendering failed, even if it looked correctly in the previewer. This is the importance of establishing the hierarchies correctly in the obj when rigging.   Thanks everyone for your response.
