Why can't Poser have an option to work offline like Daz Studio does?

Since we have to register online, why do we need Internet connection to use it?
There are many times our Internet just goes down, no warning.
Then Poser is useless.
We can still work in Daz Studio even if offline, I like that option.
I am a big Poser fan but lately it is hard trying to use it.

Once Poser is registered and a license check is performed, you should be able to disconnect from the internet for up to 7 days at a time before it needs to check license again.

That is going to be a must have for Poser 14
