Where can I get the download for Poser 11 without having to purchase it again?
I bought a new machine and I want to transfer everything to that new one. I have my license key and everything else, I just need the software
Thanks!
I found a link to where I could buy it again, and it says downloads at the top of it. But when I click on it, only Poser 13 is available there. I am not ready to spend that kind of money right now.

Submit a ticket at posersoftware dot com and provide your serial number. The team should be able to help with obtaining the files.

I would archive a copy of P11 on an external drive or USB stick. You never know when this availability will become inaccessible.

Ok, silly question, but how do I do that?

Just as a reminder: in my case, my old Win10 installation kind of retired definitively a month ago. The motherboard simply refused to start.
I've built a new PC, Win11 this time, and I copy my old Poser stuff (Poser 11 installation folder + the runtimes + the last Poser 13 freshly installed) on a new SSD, the old one was not recognized by my new motherboard.
The result: Poser 11 starts without problem, no re-installation needed. You only need to copy the "Poser Pro\11" folder from your last PC at the corresponding place on a new PC, which means: backup.
I only had to edit and adapt the paths in the "LibraryPrefs.xml" file, using a simple text editor.

I don't know if I want to try that route, but I may not have a choice if I can't get an answer from my ticket

When you get it from the help ticket.

Oh, well, yes. I would have to download it to my external hard drive, and then I would copy it to my new laptop and keep the external as a backup.

Pulling the P11 download link from the website unannounced was a premature move. An email to all users would have avoided this problem and allowed those with valid licenses to download and archive their copies by a specific deadline. Better yet, Bondware could reinstate the web link for a limited time, notify users by email, and allow them to download the software.

I agree. I know they want everyone to go to 13, but some of us are happy where we are. There are people still using Poser 6... I wish they would have left 11 and 12 up in the downloadsPulling the P11 download link from the website unannounced was a premature move.
