Hello, hoping i can get some help here, many a year ago, I was very active on Poser, I have galleries under Tcat and Larbac. It has been a very hot minute since I have been on it and of course things change. I just recently download poser 13, and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get figures I have purchased or free stuff from renderosity into Poser so I can use those figures. IS there anybody that can lend a hand to an old artist wanted to get it going again?

I always do it manually, so for manual installs:
Download the purchased or freestuff file. It should be a zip.
I put my zips in a folder I call UNZIP. I unzip them there.
The unzipped files should have a folder hierarchy inside with Runtime/Libraries/(followed by different subfolder names). Some of the freestuff doesn't (although most do), so you'll have to create these folders yourself.
I go into each unzipped folder, copy the Runtime folder, and paste it into my POSER 11 CONTENT folder. I put everything in there, even though I'm using Poser 13 now. Whatever Poser content folder you paste it to, it should have a Runtime folder as a direct subfolder. Everything should paste in the proper subfolders of Runtime.
That puts the library elements in place. You can subsequent rearrange them in the LIBRARIES subfolders, if you like. I do. I have my own subfolder subsets.
The purchased and often the freestuff zips also contain Documentation folders not included in the Runtime folder. I copy and paste them to my dedicated Documentation folder, which I have split into Readmes and Templates subfolders.
That's how I do it manually. You can always read the instructions on how to do it using the Install tab. This is what the manual says to do:
When you purchase Poser content, it is frequently arranged in the appropriate Runtime subfolders for you, and is packaged in ZIP file format. The File > Install from Zip Archive command allows you to unzip content from a ZIP archive. The dialog prompts you to choose any library that is currently configured in your library preferences, including external libraries. You also have the option to specify a folder that is not yet configured.
To install content from a zip archive:
