I'm sure I saw this once but I had forgotten where. My ultimate goal is to get "shoes on" figures to use the walk designer properly. Any suggestions? I thought I heard that if you create a character with the shoes permanently attached, it will think they are the "feet" and do the walk designer properly... Anybody know how to do that? Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm on the verge of a big animation project and I don't want to have barefoot models OR their high heels plunging into the floor. Please help!

LOL! I have to laugh because it's really quite funny seeing the shoes plunging through the floor, I would love to know the answer to this aswell :)

Use the Animation Palette to modify the angle of the feet after the animation is generated. Go to the Bend parameters for each feet and highlight the whole curve. Then with Ctrl-click you can move the curve up or down to get the correct angle

I hate to blow my own horn, but you could also buy Supermodel Vickie, as she has "high-heel" feet, (that is, the feet at 0 bend are for heels, she has to bend the other way for flats, the exact reverse of every other character I'm aware of). She walks fine in heels, at the link you will find a short animation showing this. She soesn't have a whole lot of clothing yet (regular Vickie stuff don't fit, except hair and texture maps), but I'm working on it, lots of stuff will be out real-soon-now!
