A new character I've been working on using Steve Rindone's new Evolution 1 figure. I've added a ton of Traveler's face morphs and made some breast and body morphs of my own, as her body has been completely regrouped and none of the old body morphs work. This is a great figure! Much more realistic in the way the joints work. The breasts even move with the shoulders like a real person's. Steve is a master at this joint thing. Thanks to Eric Westray for the dredlocks. The texture is also something I'm polishing up. I had to do very little post in Photoshop (mostly the hair) because Steve's joints don't tend to make those weird little folds.

Very Nice! Maybe a bit too dark, though - it's difficult to see detail in face and hair. Diane, can you let those body and breast morphs loose on us? Pretty please? :] FishNose

She's really beautiful. The facial contouring with the morphs is terrific. The texture is wonderful also, yet again. IF you post the texture, will it work with regular P4 figures or only the Evolution I (which I don't have-did I see it in Funstuff?)? Diane

Would you consider posting those morphs? I am trying (and failing misserably) at using magnets to create re-create the "natural" and "smaller" morphs for the breasts. And I've been re-creating all of my standard Poser 4 figures using the E-1 figure. She is SO much better to work with. Now all we need is a way to get the P4 male to work this well... and the clothes.

Steve did do some basic morphs for the breasts on his latest version...not sure about his plans for general release of them, though.

Awwwwwww... that's like telling a starving man you recall seeing a free 12 course dinner somewhere, but you just can't recall where! How many cases of what type of beverage will it take?

Are you going to send your morphs to the funstuff page so that other E-1 user can have them too?

Foxhollow posted Mon, 06 September 1999 at 1:16 PM

Ah....sorry Ikyoto...I didn't mean to be MEAN! I guess Torino doesn't have a site to distribute anything. He has said all his morphs for the e1 figure can be distributed freely with same basic rights as the figure. I hesitate to post them for download because of my site content making it inconvient. I can't speak for him, but it seems something needs to be worked out to make the e1 figure and morphs available at some common place. He's listed in the Members page if anyone wants to get hold of him.

As I am hosting Diane's Klingon, I can host some other things as well :o) So if a host is needed for certain items...

Both the dreds by Eric Westray (labeled Braids) and the E-1 figure by Steve Rindone (posted by Dave) are available on Fun Stuff. FYIwhile the dreds are great, it took a lot of post in Photoshop to get them to look like you see them here. They tend to look like plastic tubes otherwise. I haven't tried making a texture for them yet. I have better luck with character textures than hair. I will post both the texture and the E-1 morphs if Darrell will be so kind as to lend me space. I'll have to post the morphs as part of a cr2 though. They were all done in Poser and, since I'm using a Mac, I have no way to separate them from the figure. A PLEA GOES OUT TO ANY MAC PROGRAMMERS OUT THEREI WOULD PAY FOR A MAC VERSION OF MORPH MANAGER!! The texture was done on the regular P4 woman map. I haven't noticed any difference in the mapping for E-1. FishNosemust be your monitor or your browser causing her to be too dark. She shows up fine on my screen in both AOL and Netscape. If you have AOL, go into advanced preferences and turn off image compression. It really screws with the images. Took me a while to figure that one out!

This coming saturday, I will be adding a P4 WWG and Evolution page at Morph World. I hope to have a number of body morphs for Eve(olution) by then. I too, am totally blown away by the figure. The joints and hip bending problem have been fixed nicely. Be watching for loads of Eve morphs soon. -Trav

Actually, this was a week or so in the making, I wanted to get the OK for the authors of the WWG and Eve figures :) I will also be posting Torino's morphs as he makes them, (Or any others that need hosting) at MW :) -Trav

I will post my morphs for Eve as soon as I do a couple of tweaks and get them to Warrior. A day or two. Have I missed something? What is the WWG? Diane G
