Here is a web site I created to show off. I primarily wanted to create certain web page graphics and manipulate them using Java. It's not a complete web site, more of a sample. All graphics are mine, except the outdoor gear, thats from the LL Bean site :-) I copied and pasted Java code from www.javagoodies.com, but I had to fix some things they left out. Plus their example was for a single mouseover effect (when the item you place the mouse over changes) and I wanted many things to change. www.andyart.com also was a great reference. This took me about 9-10 hours to complete. -creating the hanging planks and chains in Photoshop and Bryce -creating the textures in Photoshop -rendering the background in BRYCE 3D -slicing the image -making the table in Frontpage97 (it sucks, Frontpage, not my table) -adding the java code from javagoodies -fixing the code with help from andart I still see a few small things I would change. The drop shadows were deeper and feathered but I sliced them off by accident in Photoshop. Also the rollover for "sleeping bags and outerwear is not quite smooth enough. This page takes a while to download. I think next time I can be more efficient in the way I slice up the image. Any comments or suggestions. smerc
