I found that cool video program I was searching for and it's MGI videowave.I'm using the free trial period right now but I plan on buying it though it's really user friendly.My first mini-video for it is on my page now in the poser section.Thanks to traveler for the cool skeleton. I wish I could just paint lightning like that!No that's one of the new xenofex filters for photoshop,I did the post ONE FRAME AT A TIME and then made it into an avi.By the way some very cool filters from alien skin but way too expensive.
