A friend of mine, who's posted here a few times under the name Briar Rose had this idea to make a 3D comic based on The Matrix. Having been a late bloomer, who just caught the movie for the first time in the dollar theaters, I decided to take her invitation to get in on it. One of the problems faced was where to get some cool Matrix glasses. Phil's poseable ones are VERY good, don't get me wrong, but none of the styles were quite what I was looking for. Then Rose popinted these out to me today. DTE, you did a great job with bringing these glasses to the 3D world. They work perfectly! This image is a possible conception for one of the characters in the comic. While it's really nothing new (except the glasses) comments are always appreciated. Once again, the glasses are DTE's, the Morphs are Travellers, and the texture is P4 default with my addition (which needs work, I admit) Jon

Great concept! In the first movie they mentioned multiple ships... leaves it open for all kinds of stuff. hmmmm.... 3d generated people playing parts in a story about people living ina virtual world....

Floydd- Yeah, I noticed that too. I originally downloaded it from Fun Stuff, but I don't think it's there anymore. You might want to email them (Hojer is a family name, rather than an individual... I think) Here's the email address, if you don't see it on their site. hojer@swipnet.se The files in question are SHAIR.ZIP, and SHAIR2.ZIP. Both are based on the same shape, but one is more of a solid "box", and the other is this David Boreanaz / Tom Cruise hybrid. Both are worth getting, tho. g Jon
