Where is detailed info about the USA F16 jet fighter?, including closeup pictures, dimensions, views and details inside the cockpit. Not quite off-topic, as it is related to a model that I am thinking of making.

I have a book on modern warplanes that has everything you need except a detailed cockpit picture . If I can figure out how to scan pages from a book thats about 4 inches thick I'll get it to you . Just let me know .

Go to your local library or if there is a college near by go to their library and look for Jane's All the World's Aircraft. That reference will give you some nice orthogonal views and dimensions with some photos. There are hundreds of books on the F-16 and many more web sites. Use google and you will get many hits. Also try the Lockheed at http://www.lmaeronautics.com/image_gallery/f16/f16_main.html good luck, FlyerX

Check with some local hobby shops. The better ones will have a good selection of reference material that will help you out. And you might think about purchasing a scale plastic model. This will help you in creating the compound curves of the F-16. JH
