More accurately, the downloads PAGE is back, but the links don't seem to have any effect. Either that, or it isn't partial th Netscape 4.7.2

Downloads are SLOWLY coming back is probably what you meant to say. Not all the sections are back online yet.

And the YOROI_Orleans armor from ISO's page is still broke :-(
