bought something a DAZ yesterday,but got no downloadling,not in the orderingpage, not in their email!mailed them twice yesterday but no responce till yet :-(( Can someone from the us make a phonecall to wake them up

You know that they are not there for the weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Well the people that handle these issues anyway. You should be hearing from them today (Monday). I know they are very good at resolving any issue in a very timely mannor. So hang tight. I believe that they oporate as a standard business with standard Monday through Friday business hours. Though I'm sure they have some exceptions in an emergancy. But don't quote me on any of this, but I think this is the case. James

I ordered from them yesterday and got my order right away. So far I've had no problems with my orders, except that I have to do the right click "save target as" thing.

Hi, I had the same problem a week ago, (over the weekend) and as jschoen has stated they are not there over the weekend. It took them a couple of days to resolve the problems I was having, I bought 4 items and only one would download, but have patience, They will fix it. Apparently they had done a major updating on their security system, or something to that effect and this is what prevented me from connecting to the download page, I kept getting an error message. If you still need someone to call from the US, please write to me (via e-mail)and tell me the necessary information and I will give it a go, tomorrow afternoon, when I get home from work.
