bought something there on sunday,but got no downloadlink! mailed them on sunday,on monday and today. No reply , nothing!! ??whats wrong?? Never had any probs with DAZ till now!!!

I had the same problem, purchased the Mosquito from DAZ store on same day, (SUNDAY). No download link given. As of yet they have not replied to any of my emails. It is unusual as they are normally very good. Whats up DAZ ?

I had trouble this weekend, too. My Email was answered by Mon. with a possible solution to my problem (which did not work), so they tried something else. Finally the prob was solved (my anti-virus was not allowing Installer to open). Aunty Virus can be a pain in the Apps. Anyway, they were prompt and helpful all the way.
