Setting up IK chains is covered in the manual, but since I suspect that you were looking for another answer may I enquire what it is you are trying to do? I may then be able to be more specific in my reply.

I am doing a dragon wing that can be animate. I have 3 part the edge is well linked with the middle part, but the second one isn't with the 3rd. When I mode the edge the second bend but doesn't connect to the 3rd when I move the second (middle) one The 3rd twist and don't keep it's pos. I can provide some images, but can you be patient I don't have internet access so I can just reply some times.
