A poser scene (even an animated one) may have many characters in it. Is that what you mean?

If you want to add another character select it from the character library then click on the double check mark at the bottom.

You can also IMPORT poser characters in case you've created each one seperately (which is highly reccommended). Simply go to file->import->poser prop*-> This will bring up the load/import window where you can select your file. You'll want to change the format to .pz3 (or whatever) and browse to the correct folder. That's it. It's been a loooong night for me so I hope this makes sense. You'll want to learn how to fully utilize the different cameras to do animation. For example, I use the Main Camera and Aux Camera for POV, then I use the Posing Camera to lock onto each figure for actual posing; Hand Cams are especially helpful for handshakes and such. You get the idea. Be careful though, I myself am addicted to this whole animation deal... ADDICTED... 0_o' *not sure of the actual label here, I'm at work ^_^

He explained privately that what he meant was to change one figure into another during an animation.
