heyas; somehow i ended up playing with the tawhak today. i wanted to experiment with some subtle variations on the skin texture, for individual critters. um, this kinda went overboard. :) i also made some poses for the beastie. then i thought i'd do up a tawhak pack with the textures and poses, BUT, i made the textures by fiddling with the texture that comes with the tawhak, which belongs to carmelo, of course. so i need to ask if it's okay to give those out.

heyas; nope, the poses will not work on the raptor (i tried). the legs come out pretty okay, but the arms and neck are at completely different angles. i expect the texture can be 'swiped' and placed on the raptor, with a bit of work.... of course, then carmelo would probably prefer i not give them out! :) i made another pose, too: crouching. and i havent heard back from carmelo yet. when i know something, you will. :)

heyas; okay, it is official, i canNOT distribute tex maps painted/adjusted over the original copyrighted texture. so here's a new map i painted. um, but i like it and might just keep it for myself. :) (okay, i'll see about making some colour variants or something of it.) oh, the cool thing, though, is you can set the tawhak's skin colour to a pale green or cyan or brown and get differently tinted tawhaks. this tawhak is demonstrating swfreeman's seburo cx machine pistol. (and that's billbay's fireball prop, too.) for every tawhak's need for comfort and speed. (and for raptors, dragons, and other herps. oh, humans as well.) oh, and yeah, i'll release those tawhak poses soon... someday.... whenever. ;)

oh... well, the tawhak is actually part of the kelthar project, which... i dunno what it IS, but it has that osian figure character in it. and that new female elfish kinda thing to go with him. and the tawhak, and the osian helmet that was a freebie on daz a while back. but, to make a long story short, the tawhak is brokered at daz. :)
