Yesterday, I purchased and downloaded a hair item from the Renderosity MarketPlace. When I attempted to use this item, it proved to be defective. Apparently, it was screwed up during the very long download. It appears to be 'buyer beware' in this situation, since I can find no way to complain about this. Does Renderosity not have anything like a customer service contact?

ravenfeeder, All products are tested by Renderosity before they enter the marketplace. We have very strict testing guidelines that we follow. There should never be a "defective Pproduct" in the marketplace. There is a on-line store customer support forum that you can use to notify us of any problems you encounter. You can also send an E-Mail to store@renderosity.com if you have problems. If you are having problems downloading the file it can be E-Mailed to you as long as your E-Mail account can accept large files. If not we can reset the download counter so you can attempt to download the product again. Clint Renderosity AdministrationClint Hawkins
