Found this when going through some old photos..from the Festival of Lights series, the first I posted to Renderosity. This one hasn't been posted before though as it is rather experimental :-)

I doubt that is a filter. Looks to good for that.

Hehe I didn't use a filter, I just zoomed in while taking the picture...
