Hey dolly, Axe...sorry about that. Actually, I was out back bar-be-cue-ing and hanging out around the pool with several friends of mine. Fourth of July, ya know. Sorry about that. In any event, I'll probably never be able to make it at that time on a Wednesday. Well, maybe between January and March next year......

i was late. if you'd hung around 2 more hours or so, you'd'a seen me ;) i'll try to remember better next week. you cant expect everybody to show up all at once the first few times.... they gotta get used to it and work it into their schedule.

Actually 4 in the afternoon is tad early, honestly speaking... Maybe we can do this later, like when were all at home??? :)

It's 1pm my time...smack in the middle of my workday :o -SMT
I'd rather stay in my lane than lay in my stain!

considering there is a 9 hour difference between France and the western part of of North America, I would think this would be rather difficult to organize.

We could always add another time/day and have two chats per week scheduled. But what would be the best time/day? Perhaps a second could favor the European time zones? :)
tradivoro posted Thu, 05 July 2001 at 12:51 PM
That would probably be best, one for the europeans, one for the americans... That way, nobody feels slighted...

Well, here it is, Thursday, 4:30 pm and I'm home unusually early since I was still too tired from yesterday's party to continue... Yes, we definitely need two regularly-scheduled chat times. Snce I don't know where everyone lives, etc., we'll have to vote or something.

4 pm Eastern happens right at 12 noon my time in Anchorage Alaska ... sometimes that is ok and sometimes it isn't... 4th of July though was a fairly iffy program from the start because it is usually spent out of doors with friends.
