Subject: Quite weird...overcharged 100$ for Vue and no answers! :(

Hey, Do we have people from e-on in this forum? I got the Vue 4 upgrade about 3 weeks ago and I tried for more thaan a week to get in touch with e-on regarding my credit card overcharge and they never got back to me! I sent an e-mail that Lynn replied and told me someone from the home office would get back to me...that was almost 3 weeks ago! :( I sure hope someone will get back to me soon, I really enjoy Vue 4 but this kind of behavior is quite unprofessional. I would keep on to them until you get a satisfactory answer mate you know what these companys are like dont mind taking but hate giving back

Yeah exactly...it's sad though. If you want to keep your customers happy you make sure they are all well treated; it's not like I asked for a silly tech. support question. :) Cheers!

We checked our records and you were charged $70 (late buyer upgrade + shipment). How can that be $100 overcharge? Did you check your bank statement? Cile Laurens claurens@e-onsoftware.com

When I processed the order on your site it said 154$ this is why. I didn't get my VISA statement yet. In any ways, there should be a better transaction system where the price you see is the one you are charged. :) If I was charged 70$ on the credit card then it's all fine but there should be a way to have this output once you complete the online transaction...it's less headaches for both parties. Cheers!
