Ok... I'm now in otago again and have a new scanner *yay* so I'll be posting a lot more frequently. And some of marshmellowpie's photos mixed up with mine in the move, so I'm going ask her permision to post them on her behalf, but she's on holiday at the moment. Ok, tell me how long this took in photoshop and I'll tell you how long it took me =;-) Three mexicans

not to sound arrogant, or anything like that, but I'm gonna say 15-20 minutes? Not exactly sure what the original was, so it's hard to say.

My guess is that this is what the original print looked like, so the time in photoshop was next to nothing...

It took about 10 sec in the darkroom. I was told by a mate that would have taken him ages to get those sorts of effects in photoshop. It never touched photoshop. But, there was no original print, it was done straight to paper.

You made this using some strange pinhole camera? Please explain. Bsteph

I didn't use a camera for this I got an old scrap of ohp, scrunched it up, put it on the paper, sprinkled water on it (to give the white circles) and gave it a few seconds light, then developed the paper (no film involved) Wasn't hard at all. Did a few little weird things.. you wanna see the others?

By definition... Anything image created in the darkroom using chemistry and a light source is considered a print. Check out Man Ray... His works are all called prints. So... The bottom line is that I was right... Ha

Wow Man Ray....one of my favorites, his sense of creativity and ingeniousness combined with his skill, and flair for the dramatic, is intense....

Yes there are ways to control what you want to see, but I'm not going to spoil your fun trying =;-) I'll stop by the darkroom sometime and do some more, I've found all but two have been left in New Plymouth =:-( But, its easier to access the darkroom down here =:-) thisafternoon maybe I might come back with a few

Of course you can scan my prints - just hope they scan better than they did last time. And I still like this one. Tee hee.
