Anyway you can import frames from poer into flash without making it too big of a file? if anyone has any good ideas let me know i would really appreciate it! Thanks!

Have you tried rendering the animation in 'comic' format and then convertin the bitmap images frame by frame to vector graphics...? If you use only 2-3 colors it should make the flash file smaller. If you find any better way please let me know.

Wish I had Flash to try it out with Poser. The stuff at www.joecartoon.com is great. -JH.

I've actually been playing with this a lot lately... you can get flash to "trace" a bitmap.. which turns it from a large image to a vector style flash object... Then you can reduce the geometry and start playing with it from there.. I think my next project is going to be some kind of flash movie using poser... There's lots of potential there.. Anime is a really great source of inspiration for flash because it does lots of work with minimal amounts of actual elements. By shifting peices and paning a camera along a cel a lot is conveyed with pretty low overhead... and it's quite effective..
