Hello, Maconverter is now back on Funstuff, but under protest. The main reason for my decision is the fact, that Maz's PCF is a very important invention to protect MetaCreation's and Zygote's copyright, and that non-availability of any kind will weaken it. It is essential that the format works on all PCs and Macs troublefree for everybody, and I feel responsible to contribute towards this. Before anyone feels the urgent need now to talk about a comeback to the "adult" forum (as happened before), I'd like to state clear, that my hesitation to re-submit has more to do with the behaviour and posts of your adult members than anything with EdgeNet. If anyone spends days, weeks or months working on a creation to be given away for free, (s)he has the BLOODY RIGHT to keep control over it. If the people and the community it was given to moves to a new place for whatever reason, (s)he has the BLOODY RIGHT to take it off the old place completely, or to suspend it temporarily (like I did), in order to wait until it becomes clear what the new owner stands for. The adult audience here probably thinks about the funstuff artists as some sort of clowns in their favourite poser soap opera, and they expect them to function. If anyone takes her and his good right to control their own creation, they start to whistle in disgust because the show has been interrupted for them. Good morning everybody - you are wrong.
