Is that the Golden Gate??? If so, why is it red?

Ahh!!! Isn't that interesting! Yes that is the golden gate. And yes it's red! I was told by moy mother that in the right sunlight it turns golden! I now believe that eighter it seemed that way to her or she told me this to entertain me. Sort of a leperacan story or something. The truth of the golden gate thing is that the golden gate is that; the golden gate is at the mouth of the San Francisco Bay. From the bay you can navigate eventually to the Sacramento area which is where the GOLD is found! So the golden gate is the entrance to the gold areas. The red color is Primer!!! It's either red or silver. Unfortunately the Oakland-San Francisco bay bridge is silver! Which I have pictures of but that's another story. Bsteph

I had this really good one. But just as I took it a bus drove into the picture. I was running out of battery power and disk space so I didn't try again. Plus at the time I didn't think it looked to good anyway. Strange. It was the best one from that angle. How long were you here? Bsteph

Yup. We all have to see it. Please post. There's something about road signs. Especially the stupid ones. Sign and billboards. Some bilboards are quite fun some are just a waste of space. Bsteph
