where can one (me) get these litst textures from that everyone is fond of???

I'm guessing that you're talking about litst's "Real World Metals"?? If so, I'm not sure but I think they can be purchased in the Marketplace here at renderosity. I bought mine from BBay, but I think they are here now. You won't be disappointed, they are an incredible useful set of shaders. Check them out, you'll be glad you did, I promise. kaom

schwa I agree, I like the old stiff too. I have the original World Operations Manual from a few years back, I love it, I havn't checked much of the new stuff out. My other favorite series id the "Acme Novelty Library" featuring Jimmy Corrigan- the smartest kid on earth, they are incredible-if you can find them, check them out. You will love Real World Metals if you get them. Thanks, kaom
