she's right there in the middle of the web-neat. Doesn't actually look like a 'scary' spider this close-more like some kind of robotic thing--look at the round shield type section in the front. so, you are photographing spiders at night, me-- moths last night LOL. I did get a neat one--huge Imperial moth. YOurs is pretty teeny, though and it did turn out pretty decent. How will you hold a flashlight while you focus?? (Just a thought) BTW, understand 'paths' in PS now--looked at some PS tutes. Photopaint uses paths also, but since I've used PSP for years and years, I tend to use their terms--altho' they don't have 'paths' as such.

I'll rig up something that I can attach to my tripod. I didn't use the tripod for this, but I always cary it, so why not use it :)

I think this is better than if it had a sharp focus! I perfer the ghostly legs and the sharp body shape than the whole thing super sharp. OR COURSE I have not seen the super sharp one so I could be wrong. Bsteph
