hairtest.jpg Hey all, Man am I full of Q&A's today or what? (yeah, i know, 'what' :) Anyway, my question is, what type of poser hair best fits the anonymous person above? I've been modeling this person for some time now, and I came across the realization that making the hair for this person from scratch would be such a bitch. So any and all suggestions welcome. Thanks. a3-ro2.gif PS- If, for some strange and highly unprobable chance, you do know who this person is, dont shout it out, huh? I'm trying to make this piece as a "thank you" to everyone here. So dont spoil it.

I think Kozaburo's morph hair would do the trick, though you might want to add some custom morphs to get it just right. I think Steven Stahlberg made a tutorial on making a similar style of hair.

Bug, I take it you are suggesting the Kyoto MkII hair... okie. Someone also suggested Alice hair, but I think in this case, Kyoto would be better. As for its morphs, are there any specialized for that hair, and if so, where would I get those? And for the tutorial, where would I get that? Anyone know? a3-ro3.gif PS- Sorry Carolly, you were mistaken, but thanks for playing. And thank you for being discrete about it. ;)

Amp3 Yes, the Kyoto MkII hair is what I was refering to though I am not sure if anyone has posted any morphs for it, but it already has several good morphs so any changes you need to make could probably be done with Posers magnets. You'll find Stevens tutorial here: http://www.cmagic.co.uk/FRAMES/rb_free.htm, It's actually a big tutorial covering many aspects of modeling a human and I think hair was covered in chapter 16. The tutorial is actually based on an old Alias program but the techniques apply to just about any nurbs program and even those using only polygon based tools will learn alot from it.

Actually... Alla's flip (or is it flick) hair would work too, I think...
