I was being just a bit facetious the other day with my reflections post *S*. I have pondered this, but have come up pretty empty. I really wanted to do an IR reflection, but the sun hasn't been out for days--and we're in the grip of the vestiges of a tropical storm through the weekend, so IR is pretty much out. I have 3 here--the last is REALLY trite, but.... The first two came to me as we ate a late dinner--thus the title---"Reflections on a late dinner". Where normally we eat at the table, we were eating at the bar--and I was staring at the stainless saute pan. The reflections intrigued me--distorted, but quite plain also. I took a number of shots--all with available light. You can see the camera on the small tripod on the counter in the second shot. In the first I have cloned it out, though I may go back to the original and work a bit more on the cloning. I'm just not sure--if I do use this--if I should use the quite fairly centered pot or the somewhat cropped, but still showing other details/shot. In the third shot (Two Story Dinner), I'm shooting the top part of a 2 story window from my office balcony. The scary double vision is the result of a double paned window-and gives sort of ghostly feel to it. I think it needs shot more interestingly or cropped--or something. I have not cloned out the ceiling fan yet either. Appreciate some feedback. Diane

This is the second. I've cropped a bit, not cloned, etc. Not sure how I feel about this one.

I would think this needs a more interesting angle or some creative cropping, but not sure if I can get a decent reflection from anywhere else--and live to tell it LOL.

Nice work Diane... That first one is IMO the best, but I think I would try a couple more angles with it.

I agree the first is the best. Bsteph

Thanks all. I will work with that one. Waiting for it to get dark again to retry--I have been looking at some possible angles--not sure how that will pan out, but I'll try some. Getting the tripod positioned seems to be the major problem--and still get a reflection. But then--its a challenge right?!? S

I just realized that the last one is a reflection!!! In that case it is the clearest!!! But it is the least interesting. If I had to vote out of those three I would pict the third followed closely by the first. ( Slearer is better! ) Bsteph
