Helloooooo Bryce users! I hope someone can help me out. I am trying to blur the foreground and backround of an image and keep something in the middle in focus. I have read that it can be done using Photoshop.The instructions are unclear. I need help. If anyone out there can help me I would be very greatful!!! Thanks
