i can only partly download the 3d worlds ground pak i ordered from u and i get message "server reset" and u do not allow resume with getright have tried twice, same prob both times, now it says temp url expired i know u will sort it so can u just email me, i have tried emailing u and they come back, thanks

etep, if you bought this product from daz you should email them. If you bought it here at renderosity you should either email store@renderosity.com or post your message in the Store Contact forum. Best of luck, Deimos.

Email or better yet CALL the people at DAZ -- I had a similar problem and they helped me out. Very nice folks. Mike

i know they will sort as they have before, but can not email them as the emails come back, and ring them from new zealand?, lol, call would cost more than entire programme is worth

Last time this happened she was getting the emails but the ones she was sending out to the customer were getting bounced back. You might try emailing them and telling them to check the forum here. If it bounces back again, send me the email and I will send it to them from here, or call them for you in the morning. Marque

thanks Marque, much appreciated i have managed to get download today, after 5 attempts, maybe it would be an idea if daz allowed resumable downloads,it may save a few people some hassles, therefore keeping them happy and avaoiding the possiblity of them looking elsewhere for their purchases,just a thought
