Hi everyone, well it is done. Hope you that are interested in it enjoy it. It is very long. If you download it, the size is close to 4mb in size. If you want to view it in .pdf, takes a while to even upload to that. But if you are really interested in learning how to do it, I put all the information in there I could. You can now take your favorite model (.obj) and make it poseable. Again, I hope you all enjoy it. Sharen:)

LoL you really poured your heart into it Sharen! Thank you very much for such a complete tutorial! Is this your first published work in the litarary world?

Heya Sharen, it looks quite thorough! You are a Goddess! :)

Hey Sharen, I downloaded it, and I haven't seen it yet, but I take the people's above word that it's great.. thanks a lot.. :)

I would really make Mike tell you which of the goddesses you are and elaborate further on that if I were you.....

SAMS3D posted Mon, 30 July 2001 at 4:20 AM

LOL Petunia, not a goddess, I just know what it's like to want to do something and not get answers that I needed. I drove myself crazy learning how to do this, and I still need more to learn, I will probably have to add to it just in case I forgot something. Had to learn about PDF too just to write this. But for me to learn this was a nightmare. I told Mike I wouldn't let anyone go through that. Not my first published work. Once I was published in SonyStyle magazine for a short piece of work I did. I was very honored that they chose my work. See, I am boasting now that I got too many compliments, I should stop that. I hope this just helps people. Sharen:)

Well here's one more. Thanks very much for the work, Sharen, especially from those of us who don't use the ProPack. :)

SAMS3D posted Mon, 30 July 2001 at 11:49 AM

I am glad to have helped if indeed it does. Mike is too, he remembers what a bear I was during that learning process time....alot of people are still using Poser 3 and they can't afford to buy Pro, I know they can use this info....if it can add to the beautiful art that is here at Renderosity, I am glad....although I can't imagine how it could, the art here is beyond amazing. Thank you for all sharing with Mike and myself. Sharen:)

Oh ! That's a really great tutorial, easy to follow and very detailed. I'm VERY happy to have it. Thanks sooo much. As I'm not a specialist for Poser (4.03), maybe could you have a look at my question concerning Vicki and Victoria 2 see the link here). I have not yet got a satisfying answer. Thanks a lot to do that. :-)Guitta

Oh Guitta, I feel so bad for you, I can't help you. Read my response to that string. Those brows are bad aren't they......terrible looking. I just don't know the purpose to them at all. Sharen

Thank you very much for that tutorial :) I experimented all night with it and forced myself to go to bed at 2AM :) I really did learn a great deal :) This was a beautiful gift for me, I am going to play with some models today too !

SAMS3D posted Tue, 31 July 2001 at 10:15 AM

Odyssey, how did you do? Takes awhile I know, but once you get into it, it becomes addicting and hard to break away. Let me know how you did? Sharen:-)

Mike and I are so happy that you all liked the tutorial. I can't believe the responses we have had on this, and we are thrilled to be of assitance. I am going to add a section regarding the mapping. I was holding off until Steve Cox was ready to release his new UV Mapper Pro to make sure if was even necessary, but I don't think I should wait, this could really clarify how you can really change a model. There will be an addition to the tutorial next weekend. It will hopefully be just one additional page to download. But it could really show you alot. We thank you again for being there for us, and again if anyone needs help in a specific area, please write. We will help if we can. And thank you again Odyssey. Mike and Sharen
