I think he means Fremen as in the desert dwellers in Dune:) Unfortunately I haven't seen a texture for free or for sale.

Hi there, If you check out http://www.critical-depth.com/ I think one of theh artist affliated with the site made a character roughly inspired by the Fremen of Dune...I believe they had a tutorial on how they went about constructing the "look" for the costume. Regards Eshal
