It is wavy,it is flowing,it is just out of prototype....it needs a name. It is "Another" Quickie Contest. Rules.... Each person may submit 2 names. I am again looking for mythological/mystical names. I could just go back and use one of the suggestions from a previous contest but that wouldn't be much fun would it. Only suggestions made on this thread will be considered. Suggestions made via other means(IM or email for example) will not be considered. If you make more than 2 suggestions then I can not consider any of the ones you submitted. I need at least 20 different individuals to play( so I have a bunch of choices). Contest ends 9 PM EST this Friday. Winner will recieve a free copy of the hair when it hits the Marketplace. Note..."Godiva" is a name for a hair prototype I already have so it is not in the running. Vairesh

My entry will be NEPHELE - she was married to King Athamus in ancient Greece. You model certainly looks as though she could be a Queen! Best Wishes for your contest!

The last hair you did looks a lot like one of the earlier version I picked up, the Beth hair, just more morph targets. I think I will hold off buying any more until I think you have one that is done. I've picked up quite a few from you and although I'm happy with them it's frustrating to see one look almost exactly like the one I paid $1495 for selling for $9.95 and it has a ton of morphs. Brianna, or Bernadette.

VAIRESH posted Thu, 09 August 2001 at 4:18 PM

Actually Marque, the Beth and Selene hairs use two entirely seperate meshes. The Beth hair was designed for an almost "wet" style look (thus the morph to pull it all over the front shoulder) while the Selene hair is designed to look a bit wilder, more frizzy. The Selene hair looks like the Beth hair in the way it is pulled back in the front, but, they are two different styles and meshes. I am glad you are happy with my products but sad that you will not be purchasing more. As I build and market more styles some of them are going to look partially similar,(short, long, straight, pulled back etc.) it is unavoidable. The kicker is that for the price you can buy several of them and still have change left over for pizza ;-) Cheers, Vairesh

How about Medea (the sorceress who married Jason of the Argonauts) or Circe (the temptress from the Odyssey)? The hair just looks a little wild and magical, perfect for those enchantress types.
