the light blonde has 23,000 different hairs and the darkblonde 34,000 different hairs. I hope you like these as well as the others. RemCreations

RemCreations - looks great, but where's the link? Store, your site, ?? I'm so lousy at 'painting' hair and can always use a great model like this!
RemCreations posted Mon, 13 August 2001 at 10:02 AM
I have no site or store sorry for that
rraven90 posted Mon, 13 August 2001 at 10:54 AM
No site ... no store ???? How can we download or buy this great hair then?

Great hair, but then you always do great stuff. This seems to be a bit different. You seem to mostly do those cool character designs. I am curious what kind of career have you had RemCreations? Thanks. Deimos.

I'M curious as to how many Gb of ram one must have to work with that.... Scarab

RemCreations can correct me if I am wrong, but if this is a texture with thousands of painted strands, rather than a new geometry, it should not greatly increase the amount of memory needed to work. I'm interested in which hair model is being used in the non-Alice pics. Is it Koz's Kyoko2?

Ooooh...your right,....its a new TEXTURE...not a new hair prop.... Scarab<-(somebody shoot me before I get to the state of peeing in my trousers, will you?)

Actually, it looks like the hair is built on a similar system to what I use (Hollywood hair, Bobbed hair, SMV hair)- transmapped tubes, or at least semicircles. But it does have a really nice map. One problem I run into is if you make the hair strands too fine they only work on closeups, on distance renders they break down into little dots.
