I don't want to seem picky or anything, but since pay is involved here, do you have Paramount's permission for this?

I am paying for the artist's labor, not to own the rights to Kirk's face nor will I be selling any artwork that uses the model. If anyone has any further questions on this, please don't hesitate to message me.
