Each prop is seperatly materialed and allows you to set, change and color all the different parts, and the parts are easily named for fast changing. Also a fully detailed floor, with full under supports. This allows you to use the floor as a ceiling. Low polygon count allows for as much or as little of the kit you need/want to use. If the wall sections are stacked one on top of another, like for a second story, changing the brick texture to stucco gives and excellent effect. allowing sections to collide with each other can also create some very interesting effects of longer walls, or higher walls, or wall with additional supports.
