well, actually I haven't. I'm posting this from a drug testing clinic. They're gonna wake me up at 5:30am to pump me full of ulcer medication for cold hard cash! Umm, yay. Anyways, wish me and my 550$ luck! a cold and disturbed ryan

Drink milk prior to sleep... ...Then, the calcium in the milk will stimulate the release of "gastrin", a gastric hormone ("gaster" is stomach in Latin or old Greek, can't remember which)... ...Then, this gastrin will stimulate the acid secretion of the stomach in return... ...No good for that sleeping one, if is a sufferer of gastritis or duodenal ulcer..! Still, milk is the one and only..! :)

:) Dear Marshmallowpie, I actually have gastritis... ...Then, do you have lactose intolerance in return..? (I hope not of course. Just seemed that everybody talks about his/her complaints indirectly. Hope the health rules for every single one of us... :))

Then, I honestly admit that I did not have any kind of intention for kidding with a health problem... If I disturbed you by any means, please accept my apologies. I should leave trying to be jokeful using a language which is not native to me, and work instead...
