Hello Everyone, I've been playin' around with Plant Studio. It's fun...... and I assume if I create a plant I like, I can use it in Vue??????? (Maybe I'm wrong about that?? lol) Does anyone use Plant Studio? What format do I save the file in to use in Vue ? The help screens in Plant Studio really didn't explain it fully. As always, thanks for any help you can give me, John

You have a choice of export formats: LWO,OBJ,3ds,VRML,DFX,OBJ. 3ds and OBJ being,probably the best.

I *love* PlantStudio! Prior to the current version, I exported solely in DXF, then applied materials in Vue. Now I export in 3DS or OBJ, depending on the model. Still need to apply materials, although the colors transfer. Visit my Digital Greenhouse (at the URL) for some PlantStudio goodies, plus a tutorial for applying materials in Vue to PlantStudio objects. :)
