I was thinking of purchasing poser pro pack, reason being is I want to use it for flash animation, so I can make a series, what I was wondering is how well it will compress something at a cartoon like rendering? How well does it work for flash animation? It depends on the program. You can get some paid "cell-renderers" as well as free "cell-renderers" for MAX. (I don't remember where, but they are LEGAL) Maya can create cartoon shaders using standard shading networks. I don't know how the poser pro flash animations look like. I don't think that flash would be the better choice either. I would use DivXnemirc
