Poser comes with a boy. What's wrong with him? Is it a matter of clothes or hair?

Morphworld used to have a good set of morphs for the boy. I have it but I can't redistribute it. Did you know there is a boy morph for the Millenium Girls from DAZ? The morph is free the MGs are not. Also you could take the head from Mike or P4 male get it how you want it then scale the head down and stick it on the boys body.

There's also a morph for Michael to make him look like a boy in the Marketplace, but you would need to own Michael of course :). Laurie

The P4 boy can't wear P4 male clothes. Traveler had a Man to Boy morph set that allowed a boy figure to wear P4 male clothes. I don't know if that morf set is available, but it might be worth asking Trav.

P4MantoBoy is great. By John Malis. With morphs by Traveler. It was free at fairywoods (Poserworld) back before it went to subscription format.
