I hope this year will be better than the one before. Don't forget to try Apple and hunney (one of the customs) :-) and as we say in Hebrew... "Shana Tova U-Metuka"

What does Shana Tova U-Metuka mean? And what is the pronounciation? BTW... Happy Rosh Hashanah to you!

It means something like Happy and sweet year Shana = Year Tova = Good U = And Metuka = Sweet ------------- the way I wrote it is the way to pronounce it.
