does anyone know what became of the site WW II 3D?are there any other sites like it?

It was mentioned in here several weeks ago that it had disappeared. Although not their site, some of the props were based on stuff by Crowfoot & Ghost. There are lots of sites with the tools of war, but no others AFAIK, that have WWII Poser characters. Greylight (where some of crowfoot's other stuff is) has also been MIA since about the time of the WTC attack.

The best collection of WW1 WW2 props is DeEspona where the props are excellent quality but of 3DS Max format and for sale. They sell a big CD collection of 5000 props for about $500. Individual models sell for about $25 apiece through an associated siteGordon
