Subject: No help?No answers???

one week ago , I bought JB.Allens shingle and mud materials in the store.But i couldnt import them into bryce(no problem with other mats) I mailed Jb Allen about the probs,the answer :renderosity will solve the problem. I mailed KenS from the bryceforum about my probs.his answer jb allen will solve the prob. Yesterday I mailed renderosity store and asked if there was a solution for the problem. No answer till now. Is there anyone willing to help me???

Renderosity cannot support a contributor's item the way it needs (or should) be. However, since you have already contacted the creator for support and did not receive help, we can credit your card for the purchase. Yes, the solution is exceptable for me . But more , i would like the mats working.I bought several mats from him, never had any problems and if i had additional questions,I got a quick reply. Thats why I dont understand ,that I got no support this time. But thats not your prob thanks for your help

I just got word back from JB, this is what he said: "made with patched B4. The last one before 5. I'll check to see if they load into unpatched 4, there was nothing in World cubic or any new mode etc as far as I can recall. best, Jonathan" I tested these files when they were in the store and they worked fine in Bryce 5. Im not sure what is causing the problem you guys are experiencing. I can ask Jonathan to reexport these and send them back in and you can try again to see if they work, or possibly put in for a refund if youd rather have that. Let me know what you want and we'll do our best to get you all taken care of. Ken

Thanks for your reply. I use bryce 4.1 ( corel patch) I would be glad if i could get it working, but if there is no possibility for me to use it,ill take the refund. Many thanks for all your help
